This is a unique opportunity to enjoy the moments of sharing and caring and having fun with kids ages 4- 10 in pre-planned activities and creative play with you as the GRAND-PARENT.
Meeting Needs While Having Fun
Foster children typically don’t have grandparents who show up, particularly from their biological sides of the family. This program provides the opportunity for volunteers to step in and fill this role once a month. We’ll have some fun too - painting, making things, playing games, reading, and more!
Volunteers will be able to guide special activities and events, and mostly just be there to see the kids, hug them if they’d like, and talk and nurture them like grandparents do.
